Who Jobri Chairs Suit Best
Jobri suits users seeking specific posture aids rather than general seating. The range covers drafting and kneeling styles, both in medium sizes. Both models feature steel frames for stability. None of these products include lumbar cushions or armrests. If you need standard office seating with padding, this brand does not offer that option. These chairs are best for targeted ergonomic support and upright positioning.
How to Choose the Right Jobri Chair
Select the chair type
You must decide between a drafting chair and a kneeling chair. The Jobri Jazzy Medium Drafting Chair is designed for users who need to sit at higher work surfaces. It measures 40 inches in height, making it suitable for tall desks or standing workstations. The Jobri Solace Plus Kneeling Chair shifts your posture to an upright kneeling position. This model measures 27 inches high. Choose the drafting chair if you need traditional seating at a higher level. Choose the kneeling chair if you want to engage leg muscles and reduce back load through a different angle.
Check frame material
Look closely at the construction material for durability. The Jobri Solace Plus Kneeling Chair features a steel frame. This metal construction provides stability for users who value a solid base over traditional soft designs. The frame supports mobility via casters. Steel frames often offer greater longevity and resistance to wear compared to plastic alternatives. If you plan to move the chair frequently across hard floors, a metal frame like the one on the Solace Plus ensures consistent performance. Verify the material listed in the specifications to ensure it matches your durability needs.
Verify height adjustability
Ensure the chair height matches your workspace. The Jobri Jazzy Medium Drafting Chair reaches 40 inches, allowing adjustment for taller workspaces. This height is critical for users who need to align their eyes or hands with elevated surfaces. The Jobri Solace Plus Kneeling Chair sits at 27 inches. Adjustability allows you to customize the seat level to your specific desk or table. Check the height specification in the product data. A mismatch between chair height and desk height can cause strain. Select a model with the appropriate vertical range for your primary work surface.
Assess weight capacity
Review the weight limits to ensure safety and comfort. The Jobri Jazzy Medium Drafting Chair weighs 35.9 pounds. The Jobri Solace Plus Kneeling Chair weighs 23.5 pounds. Heavier chairs often indicate more robust materials and construction. The drafting chair is larger at 27 inches wide and 27 inches long. The kneeling chair is narrower at 22 inches wide. Consider the user weight when selecting a model. A heavier frame may support more weight without flexing. Always compare the product weight to your body weight to ensure the chair can safely support you during daily use.
Consider footprint size
Measure your available floor space before purchasing. The Jobri Jazzy Medium Drafting Chair requires a footprint of 27 by 27 inches. The Jobri Solace Plus Kneeling Chair measures 26 inches long and 22 inches wide. The kneeling chair is more compact, which may suit smaller offices. The drafting chair offers a wider seat base. Ensure the chair fits comfortably in your designated area without obstructing movement. Check the width and length specifications. A smaller footprint allows for easier maneuvering in tight spaces. Choose the dimensions that best align with your room layout and desk placement.
